No claim to originality, I want to share a homemade recipe. I rescued this simple dish without spending a lot of time, get a tasty and healthy side dish. Most often cooked in this way, the rice goes well as a separate dish.

Cooking
This recipe is not strictly specified amounts of ingredients, more or less, vary according to their desire and taste. Boil a mixture of parboiled and wild rice mix Aquatica from Mistral until softened, 1 Cup rice, 2.5 cups water, cook 35 min. and 10 minutes to infuse.

Serve with meat, poultry, fish, all well and good, but we have this figure out by itself, delicious and satisfying.
