Chicken in mustard sauce in a slow cooker
The chicken for this recipe prepares quickly and easily thanks to multivarka Vitek 4200R. And it turns out chicken with a crispy spicy crust, and incredibly tender and juicy meat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1.2 kg

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Salt

  • Dry white wine

    70 ml

Cooking

Chicken wash, dry and cut into portions.

Mix mustard with oil. Pour the sifted with the salt and flour, mix until smooth.

Coat chicken pieces with mustard mixture.

Enable Broiling. Fry the chicken for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Then pour wine and cream.
