Pies are favorite dishes of my wife Marina. She makes them often of puff pastry, the filling can be very diverse: meat, fish, cabbage, or a little of everything. And form happens to be also the most diverse. In the filling of this cake you can do without the rice and add soaked in milk loaf, as in ground meat.
