Cupcakes
I offer tender cupcakes with a crown of chocolate cream. This dessert will be a stick wand, if there is not a lot of time to cook complicated cakes. Cupcakes will appeal to both adults and children. If you are going to cook them only for the adult table, you can add 1 teaspoon of cognac.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cocoa powder

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    20 g

Cooking

In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa, mix well. Add sugar and soft butter. Grind with a spoon or spatula.

Add the egg and milk. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

To prepare paper moulds and place them about 1 heaped tablespoon of the dough. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes. Ready to test a dry torch. The finished cupcakes cool completely.

For the cream: prepare powdered sugar. You can prepare yourself, well-chopped sugar in a coffee grinder. However, it is likely that will remain the crystals of sugar. Vanilla sugar grind in a coffee grinder (to grind such a small quantity, you can add a few tablespoons of powdered sugar). Soft butter combine with sugar powder and crushed vanilla sugar. Whip, you get a baby.

Add the cocoa and milk, beat well with a mixer until a homogeneous smooth mass.

Ready cooled cupcakes decorate with cream. Chop the chocolate and place in a bag, melt dropping into hot water, cut the bag a small area. To make the chocolate décor as desired. Bon appetit!
