Meat casserole with pickles
Inspired by Ninotchka Barska and its terrines, I decided to cook shepherd's pie.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spices

  • Cheese

  • Tomato

    1 piece

Step-by-step photos I did, because it's very simple and clear. Minced meat mixed with pureed onion, pureed potatoes and garlic. Add the spices, salt quite a bit since I did a layer of pickles. In a baking dish, greased, put a layer of mince, a layer of cucumbers and another layer of stuffing. Close foil and bake 30 minutes in the oven. Then open foil and add cheese and tomatoes to the top. Bake for 20 minutes until fully cooked
