If you love seafood like I do, then this recipe is for you! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mermaid called "Rice with seafood" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
These products will be needed.
Rice is boiled in salted water. If bags, according to instructions. If the regular rice, take 1 Cup of rice 2 cups of water.
Finely chop the onion cubes, bell pepper and garlic. Garlic is to cut, not to squeeze.
On a fine grater grate the peeled ginger root.
Thawed seafood fry in the butter until the liquid is evaporated. Pour 50 ml of soy sauce and leave to soak.
In vegetable oil fry the onion until Golden brown. Add sweet pepper, ginger, garlic, stir and simmer 2 minutes.
To the vegetables add seafood, stir and simmer 2 minutes.
To the mixture add boiled rice. Add mixed with soy sauce (50 ml) wasabi. Mix everything together and simmer for another 2 minutes.
The dish is served pickled ginger, wasabi, well, and sake. Bon appetit. Eat with chopsticks not required.
