Liver cutlets with buckwheat
Very gentle for my taste, the most delicious liver patties.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Buckwheat

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver and onions skip through Mincer.

Add the eggs, buckwheat flour, salt and pepper, mix well.

The stuffing to put a tablespoon in a pan with hot oil.

To fry from two parties to readiness.
