Roulade stuffed with apples and prunes
Loaf perfect for tea. Simple to prepare and is baked pretty quickly))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    8 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

Proteins whisk with sugar.

Beat egg yolks, add the flour, baking powder, vanilla and vegetable oil.

To the yolks add proteins and mix. The dough was thin, but curvy.

Baking tray lay a baking paper. Cut the apples into small cubes, also chop the prunes. Spread on a baking sheet. A sprinkle of cinnamon.

Pour the batter.

Cookie sheet put in preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn the loaf hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
