Chocolate cake with mousse
I've never done a cake with mousse, but after seeing this recipe, I wanted to quickly prepare it. The recipe seemed easy, and the taste of this amazing mousse I was just amazed, he is so gentle and chocolate. Think chocolate cake with mousse will look great on the holiday table. The preparation of this delicious cake, start with the sponge cake. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

But if you have other cream (not sweet initially), the amount of powdered sugar should be increased, to take 150-200 grams or to taste.

Melt the chocolate on low heat or water bath, add to the cream with sour cream and whisk. The cream is ready, now it needs to turn into a mousse.

Pre-soak the gelatin, heat until dissolved (but do not boil). Add the dissolved gelatin to cream and sour cream, mix well. The mousse is ready.
