Sour cream cake with berries
OK, I'm not very good in sweet baked goods. Given me it somehow hard, but with this cupcake I did it once or twice, and even "scary&a mp;quot; word of streusel not scared. Offer a recipe for strapon-podgotovishek. The result is something wonderful!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    190 g

  • Berry

    125 g

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Mix the sour cream, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.

In a large bowl sift flour, add sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, mix well.

Pour the egg-sour cream mixture, mix well.

Gently mix the dough to a large part of the berries.

Pour-put the dough with the berries in a greased form, flatten, put the remaining berries.

For stroitelnoy topping in bowl, mix by hand the flour with butter, grind to a large crumbs.

Add sugar, mix well.

Evenly sprinkle on streusel next cupcake.

Bake at temperature of 180 degrees. approximately 50 minutes. Readiness check torch.

Let the cake cool down in the form (you can sprinkle with powdered sugar), cut into to coffee, tea, Breakfast or evening tea. Berries are large, so when cutting time.
