The chicken in the oil marinade
We always, if fry skewers of chicken, marinade for it with the addition of butter. So I decided to experiment on this subject, and to cook the chicken, zamarinovat it with oil. Turned out very juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

It's very simple. For marinade, combine soft (but not melted) butter, mustard (preferably spicy), garlic (squeeze) and greens (finely chop).
