Ingredients

  • Butter

    225 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Corn starch

    30 g

  • Vanilla

Nuts grind in a coffee grinder. In a mixer beat the butter, sugar and vanilla into a smooth mixture. Gradually add the flour, starch, and peanut flour. Chill the dough for half an hour.

From pinching off small pieces of dough, roll the dough into a tube length of 5 cm and bend it crescents. To put at a distance of 2.5 cm apart on the baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 325 f (165 C). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bottom is lightly brown. Allow to stand 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. Cooled cookies, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
