Description
I love cheese and everything connected with it... a special place in my family take the rolls, the stuffing which consists of various fruits and cheese. This time I decided to change traditions and did roll, in which the curd also plays a major role, but not as filling... this time we have the dough... the Filling can be varied, ranging from any fruit and ending with boiled condensed milk! Very sincerely coexist in the filling of fruits and berries. For example, apples with cranberries, or pears with black currant... a lot of Options, and this is good this loaf... baking results and I was very very pleased. The dough was very soft, tender and lush, and most importantly, it took in a part of the moisture from the filling, and the loaf turned out moderately humid and absolutely not dry... so, I have a filling of apples and plums, because now these fruits are sold almost all year round!

Cooking
Remove seeds from fruit and bones... Cut into thin slices...
Add the softened at room temperature butter, mix...
Sift flour together with soda, salt and add to liquid ingredients... Knead the dough... the amount of flour focus yourself. All will depend on the cheese, if it's dry, then flour put less if humid, is correspondingly greater;))) the Dough should be such that it will be easier to work with! It took me 2 cups of flour, but the cheese was very wet... it Turns out this ball...
Roll it to a thickness of 0.5-0.7 cm, spread on top of fruit and sprinkle with vanilla sugar, and if desired, cinnamon and / or nutmeg... I had originally planned roulade served with whipped cream, so sugar is not fond of. You adjust the amount of sugar yourself if you like it sweeter, feel free to increase the application 2 times...
I fruit laid out in a circle, but you recommend to put them in a semicircle, starting from one end, ending others, i.e. to all the fruits lying in the same direction. Then turning the roll they will not disturb you;))) Although I too easily wrapped up, but with some skill;))) to Lubricate the top of the loaf with the beaten egg yolk with milk (50: 50)...
Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes until Golden brown...
Allow to cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and... enjoy the taste!!!
