Lenten buns with coconut
Who said muffins can't eat during lent? These can be eaten without compunction, because they are absolutely lean!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

Cooking

In 1 Cup of warm water to dissolve the sugar, salt, yeast, add the vegetable oil.

Add 3-3. 5 cups sifted flour, knead a smooth dough, shape it into a ball, cover with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare a filling. Coconut mixed with sugar, vegetable oil and flour.

Punch down the risen dough, divide it into two parts, each part to roll out a rectangle. For each of the rectangles evenly apply the filling.

Roll into a log and cut into slices.

Refractory form of grease with vegetable oil and put the rolls. As always, I had help from my little chef. Allow to rise for 20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown.
