Description
Very tasty dish, inspired by a Chinese (Sichuan) cuisine. Is done quickly and simply.
Ingredients

= A piece of sirloin beef cut into thin slices, put in dish and sprinkle with ground pepper. = Pickle slices. The composition of the marinade: olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, cognac. Stir, cover with a saucer and allow to stand to soak for at least 15 min.
= In a deep dish whisk 1-2 eggs. (If whipping egg whites, the dish will turn out much softer) = In another deep plate and pour the starch.
= Heat the frying pan with olive oil. = The meat slices from the marinade dried with a paper towel from the excess marinade, then, first, dip in beaten egg and then into starch.
= Quickly fry on both sides in a well heated pan with a little olive oil. = Finished slices are first spread on a paper towel and then spread on a plate for serving.
