Fried chicken
About 600 years, so say about this recipe is that it's really old. Try bad something so does not live long ; -)

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1.5 kg

  • Ginger

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    30 g

  • Sherry

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Lightly beat the egg, put it in the finely chopped onion, blue ginger, add the flour, sherry. No salt!! It turns out the batter.

Cut the chicken (in 8 pieces) or, as here, the chicken Breasts.

Dip the chicken pieces in the batter, they are covered with a thin layer - so be it. Fry in deep oil (I fried the fryer) until Golden in color, 5-8 minutes

Green onions cut into pieces, dissolve them lengthwise, dip in cold water, wipe with a cloth and put that onion dish.
