Cauliflower in a creamy mustard sauce and tomato
We have a very interesting casserole with a creamy taste, the mustard gives a slight kick. Cheese enriches the dish. Served as a hot starter before the main course. I made up all this for the first time, but now it will be a frequent dish on our table. Try it! My mother in law gave me 10 points, and that's saying something

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

  • Dill

  • Garlic

1. cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences and boil in boiling water for literally 5 minutes.

2. Egg shake with 3 tablespoons of milk, season with salt and pepper. Each inflorescence dip in the mixture and fry in butter.

3. fold the sauteed cabbage in a fireproof dish, generously sprinkle the chopped herbs and garlic.

4. The cabbage, pour cream, mixed with mustard. Top coat all sweet tomato ketchup. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put on top of a mug of tomato. Bake in the oven at 230 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
