Manne soup with carrot dumplings
They say: "Never man is so attentive and careful than that time, coming from the kitchen with a plate full of hot soup!" Chicken soup with dumplings – the dish is very tasty, rich and light at the same time. And thanks to the carrot juice, dumplings are bright and unusual.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Carrot juice

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    2.5 l

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Carrots cut into strips, and onion cubes.

Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil with the help of the mode "Control" for 5 minutes. You can fry in a normal frying pan.
