Cooking
Products for cooking spicy nuts.
The mixture of roasted nuts put in a baking dish and toast them in the oven at a temperature of 160-170 degrees, about 15-20 minutes. Put the hazelnuts, and Brazil nuts, peel from the husk.
In a bowl mix the dry spices, sugar, add soy sauce and vegetable oil.
Mix the nuts with the received spicy mush.
Place back into shape, bake in the oven at the same temperature for 20-25 minutes, stir a couple of times.
Hot nuts place on a tray (on a non-stick Mat, paper ), generously sprinkle with large sea salt, allow the nuts to cool.
