Chicken soup with beets and sorrel
Very light, spring-bright and healthy soup for children and parents. Prepares multivarka Vitek VT-4215 BW.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    2 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

Chicken put in a bowl multivarki, pour 1.5 liters of cold water and cook on mode "Cooking" of 50 minutes. The meat on a platter, strain the broth into a separate bowl. Bowl MV wash and wipe dry. If you are fasting, then feel free to start cooking with step # 2.

Beets and carrots cut into strips. At the bottom of the bowl MV pour vegetable oil, put the beets and carrots.

Enable MV mode "Stew" for 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally, cook for 10 minutes. Add 1 Cup hot water and continue cooking until the end of the program.

Potatoes cut into cubes. Add it to the slow cooker for vegetables. Pour the strained stock, season with salt and cook on mode "Cooking" for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of the program add the chicken (once I separate the meat from the bones), chopped sorrel and herbs, pepper. The thickness of the soup can adjust the amount of hot water.
