Cooking
Butter vzutti with sugar.
While continuing to whisk, to enter the eggs one by one.
Add salt, sifted with the baking powder and the flour, lemon zest. Mix well. Enter the raisins and candied fruits. Mix well.
Put the dough in the form greased with oil. Resraunt and place in preheated oven.
Bake at 180C for approximately 40 minutes (up to dry toothpicks)
The finished cake to cool 10 minutes in pan, then on wire rack. The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
