Cooking
Flour mixed with soda, salt and dry spices. Spice I lightly kneaded in a mortar to better develop their flavor. Add the vegetable oil and stir.
Adding a little brine kneaded pretty cool dough.
You can now turn on the oven to 180 degrees and while it heats up, let the dough relax a bit. Further, when the oven is almost hot, roll out the dough on flour spiked with the table in a rectangle, fairly thin, with a thickness of approximately 3mm. ( during baking it will rise slightly.) I baked it in my favorite silicone mats and nothing to back them lubricated. You can use the baking paper. I think that even if the pan does not lubricate, it will not stick, but better safe.
Cut the dough strips with a width of approximately one centimeter. I used to cut with a knife for pizza - very convenient! Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in already preheated oven, until Golden brown. I like it when the cookies are dry and crispy, but if you like softer - can be removed early.
And now the cookies! It is very difficult to resist and not to try it before it cooled. Crispy, lightly layered! I got four small baking sheet. It's a whole pile of cookies, which however melts very quickly!
Part of the cookie I took a sample to work. Liked it to absolutely everyone! 's get cracking?
