Rolls with pear wrapped in bacon
Pear chicken meat, wrapped in bacon, with garlic and rosemary - the perfect combination of flavors. Juicy, tender and incredibly tasty. You should definitely try this delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    1 handful

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

Chicken Breasts wash and drain with a paper towel

To prepare the marinade. Squeeze the garlic, lemon juice, pepper slices and olive oil. Soak the chicken for 10-15 minutes.

Pears wash and peel. Cut lengthwise into several slices. To prepare bacon strips

Chicken Breasts, remove from marinade and stuff each with a slice of pear. Wrap the breast one or two strips of bacon.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive oils.

Fry the rolls over high heat until Golden brown bacon.

Pour in dry white wine, add the sprig of rosemary, diminish the fire and stew on low heat for 10 minutes.
