Cooking

step-0
Chicken legs wash, dry towel to remove skin. Of course, if you really love her, then leave. With a sharp knife make incisions on both sides of the legs.
step-1
For the marinade ginger root and garlic skip through the press, mix with remaining ingredients (except cherry).
step-2
To shift the legs in a bowl. Pour cooked marinade, gently rubbing, trying to keep the marinade got into the incisions. Cover and put to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight if that is more comfortable. I prefer to leave it on overnight. Cooking time I pointed out without the time spent on marinating.
step-3
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Put the chicken legs in the form, pour over the marinade and cover is not very tight with foil. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
step-4
Remove the foil and pour the chicken resulting juice. In the intervals between them to put the tomatoes. Baked tomatoes give the legs more succulent. Again put in the oven for 15 minutes, but without the foil.
step-5
Serve hot, liberally watering the resulting sauce.
step-6
Legs be sure to garnish roasted tomatoes. I have added to garnish a few slices of fried celery (Light Snezka, thank you!) and boiled potatoes. Try it, it's delicious! I legs not really love, and always marinate another piece of the breast. But it turns out dry. I like it but the breast, all are for everybody. And my family happy to eat chicken legs, cooked in this recipe.
