Chicken cutlets
These cutlets - just hit in our family! Why is "the haunted"? First, because no one had ever the first time do not understand what they cooked. Secondly, each one I have tried, be sure to asks for the recipe! And in fact, the recipe is surprisingly simple, fast and very economical. Prepare and be surprised with us!

Ingredients

Cut the chicken (breast without skin and bones) pieces of about 3x3 cm for the grinder.

Add in the minced 1 egg, salt, pepper, seasonings (optional). You can add dill - it turns out very tasty! I don't add up because children do not eat with dill.

So deep fried all of our burgers! I always fry in two pans - it is faster and you can cook (I have a big family, and for me this is very important :-)). By the way, it is more useful from the point of view of oil - it does not have time to burn and turn black, because in each pan turns at most 2 bookmark cutlets.
