These cutlets - just hit in our family! Why is "the haunted"? First, because no one had ever the first time do not understand what they cooked. Cooking
Cut the chicken (breast without skin and bones) pieces of about 3x3 cm for the grinder.
Onions cleaned and cut into large chunks. All this grind in a meat grinder and get tender meat.
Add in the minced 1 egg, salt, pepper, seasonings (optional). You can add dill - it turns out very tasty! I don't add up because children do not eat with dill.
There also add grated on a small grater zucchini. This is a mandatory ingredient at the expense of our tavern burgers will be very juicy. Don't be afraid of the tavern, those who did not love him - do you not feel in the finished cutlets :)
Stir it carefully. Add to the minced meat 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs and stir again. At this stage you can add a little melted butter, but not necessarily. I stopped to add, because the burgers without it very juicy and delicious!
The beef is ready! With wet hands form patties. The meat becomes quite liquid, so you can sculpt cakes will have to adjust :-)
Coat each cutlet in breadcrumbs. Especially with the breading - just enough to touch each side of the patties.
And put in a pan with hot oil! First, fry on high heat about 3-4 minutes, so the meatballs "grabbed",
Then turn over and reduce heat to medium, fry for about 3-4 minutes. Conveniently flip the two blades, because the beef on top (with the rare side) remains fairly liquid.
So deep fried all of our burgers! I always fry in two pans - it is faster and you can cook (I have a big family, and for me this is very important :-)). By the way, it is more useful from the point of view of oil - it does not have time to burn and turn black, because in each pan turns at most 2 bookmark cutlets.
That finishes our beauties! Output - 16 stuff size medium. Don't know about you, but I have tomorrow they will be gone :)
