Cooking
Celery root wash, peel, cut into such pieces as you normally boil potatoes for mashed potatoes.
To preserve vitamins chopped celery pour boiling water, season with salt to taste and cook in a tightly covered pot until soft. I got 15 minutes. Drain the water, chop the celery in a blender, gradually adding the warm cream.
