Spicy Apple chutney
The last Apple recipe of the week))) Chutney is a thick, aromatic sauce. He adorns a main course and emphasizes its advantages. But he hardly behaves like a statistician - so rich and bright taste.


  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.333 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    500 g


Apples are cleaned, cut into large chunks. Proverjaem all the ingredients into a thick-bottomed saucepan on low heat for about 50 minutes, watching carefully and stirring occasionally.
