Spaghetti with Italian sauce
A delicious dish in the Italian style. It was invented by me for my home on motives of a more economical recipe.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Spaghetti

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

  • Pineapple

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Onion finely chop and saute in vegetable oil, add diced carrots. Tomatoes in own juice (I had them or tomato juice) and puree them in a blender, puree. Add to the pan the vegetables and proverjaem on a slow fire. Meanwhile, the Stuffing... take a teaspoon, make balls from it and put into a frying pan to vegetables. This should be done quickly or in advance... :-) Proverjaem our sauce with meat balls. Rings of canned pineapple cut into cubes and add to the sauce. Proverjaem further 5 minutes. Then salt, pepper, add chopped garlic, Italian herbs mix. Off our sauce and allow it to brew :-)

Take the necessary amount of spaghetti. I measure with this thing. Don't know how it is properly called (it was a gift) but very comfortable.

And put in a pan of boiling water and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. And cook to "al'dente". Throws the pasta in a colander, allow to drain water.

Then put the spaghetti in a large deep dish (my dish specifically for the spaghetti) and pour on top of our sauce. Then put our dish on the table. Call our home :-) Give them a special spoon for spaghetti and they, each one as his appetite, put spaghetti in his bowl as necessary. (This moment my men are somehow really like :-) )
