Cooking

step-0
The first thing we need is a good mood :) without which it is impossible to create a miracle to turn plain cake into a cartoon character, and, of course, the cake! Everyone has their favorite, tested recipe, I just want to mention that the cake should be square or rectangular in shape, I in this case, the biscuit square shape with a diagonal of 23 cm.
step-1
Conditionally divide the cake into three parts and the THIRD part of the cut...
step-2
Cut piece divide in half and put both halves on the cake...
step-3
Cut as shown in the photo, thus forming the hood and the rear part of our future cars.
step-4
Put (try) trimmed part of the cake...
step-5
Cut the biscuit in half, the height of my cake let me cut it into THREE equal parts with a height of 2.5 cm each, before (this is the fifth "Makvin" from me :))) was cut into two parts, the cake from this "not suffering" ;)
step-6
Now proceed to the cream, in parallel, boil and let cool for impregnation biscuit. In this case, for the cream I used sour cream 30% +pudding+cottage cheese+sah arnow powder, all beat with a blender until smooth, treated with sugar syrup
step-7
My cream is ready...
step-8
... impregnate a biscuit and a thin layer of lubricating cream...
step-9
I prosail marshmallows, you can use a layer of fruit at will...
step-10
Generously covered with cream...
step-11
Thus proslaivaet and collect all subsequent cakes, not forgetting to soak the biscuit, I use a spray bottle...
step-12
It will look like this :)
step-13
Cut the side pieces...
step-14
... prepare the cake for covering with fondant, I used the billet - cake "Potato", cover the whole cake, aligning it this way... at this point you feel like a sculptor :)))
step-15
Paste painted with food paint the color we need, in this case red. I use the professional pastry fondant IPSA...
step-16
Roll out the fondant and covered the cake...
step-17
Using "simple" confectionery fixtures, align and cut all unnecessary...
step-18
Issued in the form of a cartoon. character... and here IT is - "MAKVIN" ready...
step-19
