Buns
Panini with Italian language means "little bread roll", the filling for the Panini fit any, it's just a matter of your imagination...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

For the start we need - flour, yeast, milk.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, leave for 5 min.

In a bowl put sifted flour, add the yeast mass, olive oil, salt and water.

Knead smooth elastic dough. Dough and leave to rise for about 1.5 - 2 hours (the volume should double in size).

Desk flour, start to sculpt the buns. Tear off a piece of dough, stretch into triangle shape. Roll the triangle into a croissant. However, I did so from another piece of dough rolled up a long strap snapped in half, then twisted.

Rolls put on a baking sheet with parchment paper or greased and powdered with flour, cover and leave for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Before baking the buns, sprinkle with flour, bake 10-15 min. (until Golden brown). Try not to bake very much, that turned out light and tender! As I wrote, filling for Panini any. But still, a classic is: mozzarella, ham, tomatoes and pesto sauce. In principle, to prepare a Panini can be absolutely any ingredients. It can be fresh vegetables, mushrooms, or cheese, meat and ham, greens and various sauces. Do not forget to put scented Basil that is so loved by the Italians – without it the dish will not be as fragrant and spicy. Have a nice spring evening!
