Sponge cake honey cake with apricots
Very simple but tasty, very fragrant and airy cake! Highly recommend, try it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apricot

    500 g

Apricots cut in half, remove the seeds from them. Beat softened butter with powdered sugar and honey, add the yolks and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Mix the flour with the baking powder and combine with honey and cream mass. Beat egg whites with lemon juice into a thick foam and add to the batter.

Put the dough in the form (26 cm in diameter, the bottom lay a baking paper, Boca grease butter), spread on top halves of apricots cut down. Bake in pre-heated to 180"oven for 35-40 minutes, be guided by your oven!!!

The cooled cake to release from the mold and cover with icing sugar.
