Corn pancakes
Soft pancakes with an unusual taste. My daughter was eating them with great pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Syrup fruit

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Sift the flour into a bowl and add your chosen dairy product (I used thick yogurt), vanilla sugar and butter. Mix thoroughly.

Milk to heat. Eggs a little whisk, a thin stream pour the hot milk, continuing to whisk.

To the batter add the soda. Then pour the egg-milk mixture and stir.

Bake pancakes, as usual, but try not to make them too thin, they will stick to the pan. Baking the first pancake, I slightly grease the pan with oil, then it is not required. Warm pancakes abundantly watered syrup. Very tasty with orange, lemon or lime mint. :-)
