Cooking
I was doing different crackers to taste first came out with the olives and cheese, the second - dried tomatoes, olives and cheese. Only store-bought crackers are not similar - they are not crumbly. First cookie. The olives are grind in a blender. In a Cup pour 100ml of milk, add 50g of finely grated cheese, rosemary, garlic clove (finely chopped), half of the chopped olives, mix well. Gradually add 200 g flour and knead elastic, not stick to hands dough.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into the reservoir. Cut into biscuits.
Crackers put on baking paper (I have not very good quality, so greased with vegetable oil), sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. Be guided by your oven, the thinner the crackers are, the faster they bake.
Bake until the crackers first, let us study two: in a Cup pour 100ml of milk, add 50g of finely grated cheese, the remaining chopped olives, chopped garlic, Basil and sun-dried tomatoes (grind in blender). Gradually add 200 g flour and knead elastic, not stick to hands dough.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into the reservoir. Cut into biscuits.
