Description
Autumn... When I pondered the idea of this dish, the memory came a rustic autumn. You like to gather mushrooms? I just love it. My grandmother in the village there is a forest, and it is a cherished path. This place in the woods called "the White column". There, in the branching paths, and the truth is a white column for many decades. When I was little, my dad and I went in the autumn into the woods to this very white column, and on our sacred path (of which no one knew) always found the noble mushrooms - white, orange-cap boletus, boletus... Even if the year was not a mushroom, our magical forest path is always there to help us out. Give You a basket of autumn mushrooms from our forest!

Cooking
Pour into shape for the dough warm milk (leave a few tablespoons for melting the chocolate).
and pour it into the milk.
Add the vanilla and yeast.
Gradually add the flour. Stir first with the whisk.
After adding the fifth Cup of the dough will be quite thick. Lay off the broom and begin to knead with your hands.
Add all the flour and knead that kind of dough. It should be fairly cool.
Close the dough with lid and allow to approach. I have it approached 40 minutes.
While the dough rises, prepare forms, with which we are going to bake the basket and the handle for her. It happens all the pots, equal in diameter but different in height.
Take a higher the pan. This is for the recycle bin.
Wrap it with baking paper, clipping the corners with a stapler.
Then we need such a strip made of several layers of foil, folded in half lengthwise at an angle of 90 degrees.
Wrap this strip around the pan fixed.
Next, cut the outer layer of foil with scissors and bent it. It will be the limiter for the test, so it did not slip our of the pan when baking.
Under the limitation laid another thick layer of foil so that it is at the bottom rested on the handle of the pan.
It turns out that this design.
For the handle take a smaller pan and just wrap it with paper.
Lubricated our molds with vegetable oil.
We begin to "weave" the basket. For this we will need the flagella of the test. I rolled them right hands. The dough is not torn, it is sufficiently elastic. First, put the flagellum on our "limiter".
Then make vertical stripes.
Then the horizontal. Try the flagella still pinch each other to make our basket is well kept.
Basket grease with beaten egg and put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake until ready. In about 40 minutes.
That's the basket turned out.
Allow it to cool and gently remove from pan. Turn on the bottom.
Then pony tail for the handle and bake it in a small saucepan.
Now boil the syrup 0.3 Cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp water. Allow to dissolve sugar and remove from heat when the syrup begins to bubble. This syrup we will stick the the basket handle to the basket.
Here's a semi-finished product turned out.
Further, rastaplivat chocolate and 7 tbsp milk.
Grease the top rim of the basket with melted chocolate. Further all of the trash outside, coat with chocolate, touches to give the basket a more natural look. To do this conveniently with a brush.
Start baking the mushrooms. Divide remaining dough in half. From one half of roll the small balls. It will be hats. I got 19 pieces. Grease them with egg. Bake on baking tray lined with paper and greased.
Here such turned out of the cap.
Allow to cool and cut from the back side of the cap the holes for the legs.
Then the lubricated cap with melted chocolate and let it harden.
Bake the legs. The dough divide in half for the legs (so legs, we will glue the two) and form a small sausage. If hats turned 19, for legs, divide the dough into 38 pieces. When we glue, you get 19 feet.
Bake legs, brushing them with egg.
Bonded at the 2 condensed milk.
Then dip the finished leg in werenow condensed milk...
Then make up a chocolate cap and put ready mushrooms in the basket.
We put our cart "under a Bush". Mushrooms near the basket are real, yesterday brought from our forest with our magical paths of the white column!
I wish you all happiness and love this fall! Enjoy your tea!
