Dawei
Often cook this dish when you don't know what to cook. Dawei (so call it in Syria) - very hearty and spicy dish, easy to prepare. Requires no exotic ingredients and, consequently, a special culinary experience. I hope I'm not mistaken if I take this dish to the Syrian cuisine, because for the first time I met him there.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Garlic

  • Olive oil

Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped tomatoes and onions. Add herbs, spices, olive oil, pomegranate sauce. All mix well.
