Cooking

step-0
Soak bread in cream

Peel the potatoes, boil until tender, mash into a puree with cream
step-2
Ready-made beef mince with onions, add raw eggs, spices and salt, stir, put the bread (do not wring) and mash, knead well, preferably with a mixer or in a food processor.
step-3
Finely chop the greens, peppers cut into cubes, eggs to grate. Greens to split into 2 parts and add the eggs and pepper
step-4
On plastic wrap, greased with vegetable oil, put 1 tbsp of stuffing in the middle put 1 tsp of the stuffing
step-5
Film to gather the pouch, thus a smooth and neat ball
step-6
Balls it's best to lay out on a baking sheet, the laid foil, alternating the filling. To me it was important to know where any stuffing, so I had to do in different forms. Top balls cover with foil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes, then remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
