Classic cheesecake
The recipe, tested by many generations! Delicious soft dough with sweet filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    6 cup

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Sugar

    2 cup

In warm milk add yeast, salt-a pinch, sugar, egg, vanilla, oil and mix well, add 5 stack. flour, zamesit dough. Cover with a towel and put in warm place to increase two to three times.

As the balls approached, to take a glass bottom and push in the middle. Put the cream cheese in the middle of it. Cover with a towel.. Turn the oven on 200 degrees and allow to completely heat up! During this time, the cheesecake will grow more!
