Cooking
Sift the flour and mix in a bowl with cocoa and starch.
Separate eggs into yolks and whites. Proteins put into the refrigerator.
Sugar equally divided into 2 parts.
Whip the egg yolks with 100 g sugar and vanilla sugar.

The sides of the cake sprinkle crushed in blender with nuts. The cake is ready. Top can be decorated according to your wishes.
I decorated with flowers made of ceramic (planned otherwise, but badly cut finger and was unable to implement its plans).
