Of all the homemade sweets brought to us at Christmas, I really liked the dried apricots in chocolate! Done quickly, and what a beauty!
Ingredients

Cooking
Almond pour boiling water and leave for 5-10 minutes, drain the water and repeat the procedure. Clean the almonds from the skin (this is easier to do while the water is still warm). Apricots should be soft enough.
Chocolate melt in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove. Almonds split in two. Pressing half of the almond to the apricot, to give to the apricot half into the chocolate and lay on parchment. Put in the refrigerator.
The remains of the chocolate mixed with brandy and dipped in a mixture of peeled almonds (optional). Too cool.
