Cooking
Egg RUB with sugar, salt and sunflower oil.
Mix up 0.5 cups of flour mixed with baking powder.
To the resulting thick batter pour 0.5 cups of yogurt and stir well. Again add 0.5 cups of flour, mix and add 0.5 cups of yogurt. Again we pour 0.5 cups of flour, stir again, pour 0.5 cups of yogurt. Last, pour 0.5 cups of flour and add 1 Cup sour milk. Carefully vymeshivayut. I use a blender and turns very quickly. The main thing is not to confuse.
Pancakes baked on a griddle with two sides, as usual. I have a regular cast iron pan before the first pancake I smeared a thin layer of vegetable oil. And this - the impatient lover of such pancakes.
