Flour, salt and yeast mix. Gradually add water (milk) and knead the dough. Remove for 40 minutes in a warm place, to raise it 1.5-2 times.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.Chop very finely the onion and dill, and mix with Basil, spices. Add our mixture in approaching the batter and mix with it. Roll the dough into a pancake, add in the center a little artigo cheese and fry in vegetable oil.
