Actually - it's just meat rolls, just filed a bit unusual... it Turned out great and fun!!!

Ingredients

  • Escalope

    4 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Black pepper

Portions of pork (chops or scallops) put in a plastic bag and chop it well. Sprinkle with seasoning for pork, with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the onion and fry. In the mince add half of the onion, yolk, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and spices for meat. Mix well and spread on chops.

Mushrooms finely chop, fry and mix with the second half of the bow. Spread on chops.

Ice cream sticks should be soaked in cold water for 2 hours. Wet sticks to put on the edge of the chops.
