This dish I now feed their little picky. Left buckwheat, and my sons flatly refused to eat. Then I decided to cook some kind of cakes, using this mess. Cooking
To prepare the stuffing for meatballs. Boil 1 package buckwheat. There is such a La carte packages with cereals. It is very convenient to cook. Boil the potatoes. Onions chop and fry in butter. Mash the potatoes, along with cereal, add 2 raw eggs, flour and fried onion. Season with salt to taste. Knead the minced meat. In consistency it is a bit watery and stick to your hands.
