Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Carnation

  • Ketchup

  • Mustard

  • Spices

The meat is rubbed with ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper and spices. Leave to marinate for about an hour.

Pineapple slice very thinly (canned I cut in half). To impose the meat with pineapple slices

and attach in the middle of each clove.

Wrap the meat in foil and adding a bit of pineapple juice. Bake in the oven for 1.5 hours, to deploy the foil 10 minutes before end of cooking.
