Shrimps with sauce
Fried tiger prawns with cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    20 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper white

Shrimp thawed (if frozen) in the fridge putting them in a colander, put a container under it to drain water.

Remove from the shell, leaving the tails. Sprinkle white pepper and stir.

In heated pan with olive oil fry the chopped garlic and the shrimp, first on high heat, then reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and bring to readiness.

To shift the shrimp on the dish on which you serve.

Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Add cheese slices, stirring to reduce the sauce until completely melted cheese.

Pour the shrimp part of the sauce and serve immediately to the table.

The rest of the sauce pour into a warmed gravy boat and serve with the dish.
