Cooking
To start, take 130g of nuts and grind in a food processor. All products must be at room temperature. 50g of butter, whisk in sugar. Add three egg yolks,
beat until a creamy thick mass. Stir in nuts and flour.
Stir with a mixer at low speed. Whisk three whites to a dense foam.
Add some of the proteins in the nut mixture, stir.
Add the remaining egg whites and place in a form.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. When the cake has finished baking, spread it and bake exactly the same cake 2.
Prepare caramel sauce: melt Butter, honey(if not liquid) to melt.all the ingredients(condensed milk. oil and honey) pour into a pan with thick walls,otherwise the mixture will burn!!!.
