Juicy Turkey with flavorful stuffing. Delicious and hot, as a main dish or cold as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Thyme

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

For the filling, the mushrooms defrosted, washed, if large, slice. Fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
