This kind of recipe already available on the site, but I am preparing him for many years and you want to publish your own version and to identify some of the subtleties of cooking. I removed the mayonnaise from the original recipe (in my opinion, the extra fat to anything). This dish is brilliant: simple, fast, coupno, exotic, festive and useful! Use that pineapple helps break down protein and partially neutralizes the fats in the meat. And the meat itself is not even necessary to beat, it becomes 30 minutes, soft and juicy, thanks all the same pineapple :)

Cooking
Meat cut into pieces 1 cm thick, add salt and pepper, lay on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Basil (it makes the dish elegant fresh taste.
On each slice put a slice of pineapple and place in a preheated oven (200*C) for 25 minutes
Meanwhile, slice the cheese by the number of servings.
Pull the pan, put a piece of cheese on each portion and place in the oven for another 5 minutes.
The cheese melted and our dish can be served! The original recipe suggested garnishing boiled white beans, but I thought it was too heavy. So it served either as a separate dish or with vegetable salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and sweet pepper. Pleasant enjoyment!!!
