Cooking
Fish to clean, gut, cut into pieces, salt, season with spices for fish.
In hot oil fry the fish pieces on both sides.
Fried pieces folded into a saucepan (preferably nonstick), pour water and put on fire, when boiling, tie and cook on a slow fire.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the grated on a coarse grater carrots, chopped onion and parsnips.
When the vegetables are roasted, pour them with tomato sauce and a little boil.
Pour the vegetables with the tomato sauce the fish in a saucepan, add salt, sugar to taste and vinegar. Stir and simmer over low heat for 2 hours (not less), it may take more time. The bones should be very soft at purchase canned food.
