Cooking
For the filling put all the ingredients in one bowl.
Punch a blender until smooth homogeneous mass. If there is no blender, curd grind through a sieve, mash the banana with a fork. Then all beat with a mixer.
Cookies and nuts grind. In a blender, I did it manually. Crushed directly in the original packaging with a rolling pin.
Softened butter hands to grind with the crushed biscuits and nuts into crumbs.
In the form (I took a round shape with a diameter of 26 cm) spread a third of mixture of biscuits-nuts-oil, slightly we stamp. Pour half of the filling. Whether to use split or silicone form, as I have, to lossless to get the pie from the mold.
Sprinkle top third of cookie mixes-nuts-oil, pour the second part of the filling.
Sprinkle the remaining mixture biscuits-nuts-oil. Put into a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Leave to cool in the form. Served chilled. I after 3 hours, carefully pulled from the mold. Pie shape holds and it can already slice. I removed overnight in the refrigerator.
